Final TDG Details, Official Tour de Gulch Poster

The ride groups are set. The food preparation has begun. The beer is in the cooler at Fort George Brewery. The porta-potty has been ordered.
Dave and I have been grooming the trails to our typical standards with the help of the patented Growlers Gulch Off-Camber ToolTM.
The weather woman has adjusted her forecast. She is now saying partly cloudy. High 60s. I wrote it down to make sure I didn’t misquote her – She also said, “The tread at Growlers Gulch on June 20th will be phenomenal.”
We have two new trails for you to sample – Mr. Rogers (Think happy thoughts) and Donkey Punch (Eric named it; you’ll have to ask him) – and are looking forward to the standard post-ride celebration.
We are in party mode, so don’t even think of showing for this event unless you plan on having a great time.
Reminders
- Car pool if possible. You can park in the mowed areas along my driveway if spots are available.
- Arrive no later than 8:45 with a bike that is ready to ride
- I have a limited number of lawn chairs. Toss in a couple if you have room.
- Being late is not an option
- $5 donation
- Bring fluid for the ride
- We love it when people bring casseroles, salads, desserts. TDG food is second to none.
- Three great beers on tap from Fort George Brewery
- Raffle prizes from Boone Dog Bikes and the Bike Garage.
- Ride groups have changed slightly. Check details at http://writeteknorthwest.com/archives/1127/tdg-ride-groups
- All ride leaders will start from 465 at 9:00. They can pick you up there, at the gate or at the top of the power line hill. Ride leaders will be looking for their flock, so be sure you know who is in your group and connect with them ASAP. You will be out for approximately 3.5 hours.

I’m coming from Portland and need a ride – Crump apparently has a “date” in Seattle and can no longer give me a lift.
Will split gas money and have a 3 bike hitch rack if it helps.

I’m thinking of developing a naming committee for the next new trail. What’s a Donkey Punch, Loney?
Looking forward to getting my group out on our newer trails. I wonder if I’ll receive a honorary membership to the Limp Burritos?
