Crew Breakdown and Details for December 16th

Find your name and your crew. It will give you your meeting spot. Be there between 8:15 and 8:30. As you can imagine, it is going to take some time to drive in to where we will park and to ride in from there. We will probably be out until 2. Dress for it and bring enough food and fluid to make it through the day.

Virtually everything on the scope is dirt work. Bring a shovel, rake, Pulaski, Brookski, McLeod, or Rogue hoe if possible. Put a handsaw or nippers for trimming small roots and vegetation in your pack. ***GETTING TOOLS OUT IS GOING TO BE A BIG CHALLENGE. PLEASE CLEARLY LABEL YOUR TOOLS SO WE CAN GET THEM BACK TO YOU IF WE HAVE TO MAKE A BONUS TRIP A WEEK OR SO AFTER THE BUILD.***

Not sure what dirt work is all about? Check the info here for a tutorial.

Park wherever you can along those spur roads as you head toward Without a Paddle. If you are on crews 2 or 3 with Tony or Joe, you will be crossing water.
