66 people on a trail building day is phenomenal. To give you a bit of perspective, in over 20 trail building sessions we led for IMBA, we had an average of 20 attendees per trail building party.

Northwest Trail Alliance has been having a really hard time getting people to come out for the work parties at Stub Stewart in Vernonia. We only had 3 people come out for the one I was at.

Poor Joe.

Thanks to everyone that showed up. It was an unbelievable amount of work. I am pretty sure we got 3 total miles of trail. With our small crew before lunch, everyone kicked butt. On PMS and Humpity, the Hansen brothers and company were a big help with their trail building knowledge and skill. These are two awesome trails. The Secret Garden will not be a Secret much longer.
