Went up and rode out to the ladders. Again great trail work. George had a blast and is now calling Ape Cyn. his favorite NW ride. We started early Saturday am in the rain and fog. (Of course no one else was at the trail head) Within 1.5 miles up the trail the weather lifted and we had the perfect window for a ride. Lot s of flowers, great tread.

Carla and I rode it one way...it was fun. At the end we were glad not to have to turn around and return. I agree with Bobs/Jeeps above statement. Take WATER,tools, food, and a guide! Although any trail can be ridden from both sides...this one rides 1 way better from stella and round trip better from growlers.
Any trail maintanence (nip a few branches here and there) is greatly appreciated by all. Thanks and enjoy.

At this point all Welinski's thinking about is doing this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HGd4jatccUM

Which is right up there with the best sex you'll ever have. If you boys ever get to experience this you'll be ditching those bikes for the winter. Cya when the pow is all gone.

All these years waiting for the Ride Master of Killer Burritos to appear at a GG event...what a waste. Perhaps Andy could assume the position as the Ride Master. If reistatement is a possibility what about ammensity for Welinski?

Jeep,
Keep up the good work with archiving all of our events. What a great way to ride down memory lane from year to year. Thanks

Count me in for this year's TDG 2008. I'm also targeting to do the GG 5k, but will not plan any world records. I just want to finish.

According to the Killer Burritos, I think we successfully scared off the ride master for good. He has gone awall and no where to be found. The Burritos are considering re-establishing my membership...an all time low for them.
